“I have over the past 4 years enjoyed quality and service
from Faro, but feel you need to know about the exceptional service I received
yesterday. An order for 250 econo lapel pins was damaged during shipping by
FedEx and sent back to Faro. Unfortunately, nobody was made aware of this (by
FedEx) so the up to date information had my pins shipping on schedule. Well,
the day before the event when these were needed-still no pins. I called and
your helpful receptionist directed me to Gladys.  Gladys and I tracked the
package and she put out a call to FedEx. A little later she called back and

making more was an option.
